Question / Help Streaming from one PC to another

Hi,

I am helping with a local school's play and have been asked to set up a live stream of the performance to show in a separate room (where the actors are waiting) so they can see what's going on.

I would like to use a external camera in the hall connected to a laptop running OBS. Then stream the live video from the camera to the computer in the other room over Wi-Fi ( I know ethernet would be better).

What is the best, free way to do this?

But seriously though, just use skype.
