Question / Help Streaming Frame Issues.. Tons of questions.

Ok so. I've recently been streaming Fortnite (attempting to stream counterstrike at well but my stream quality for that is worse) and my frames are constantly dropping and the streams quality goes down. Here is all the information about my PC and internet.

PC Specs:
Graphics Card: GTX 1060
RAM: 16GB
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz, 3501 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

Internet Speed:
Download: 281.06Mbps
Upload: 37.66Mbps

OBS Output Bitrate: 2500

Fortnite Game Settings:
Display Res: 1920x1080 16:9
Frame Rate Limit: 200 FPS
View Distance: Far
ShadowS: Off
Anti Aliasing: off
Textures: Low
Effects: Low
Post Processing: Low



I also own an Elgato so I can use that if need be.. But i'm not sure how that will make a difference. I'm looking for any answers or things to try. I'd really appreciate the help.

You have an incredibly, incredibly, incredibly high internet speed, consider using a higher bitrate. Apart from that, check if Game DVR is on, if it is turn it off (you can easily google that)

I was using a higher bitrate before and it was still choppy on stream. Thats why I lowered it =/. Just checked Game DVR. Don't have it on.
