Question / Help Streaming FPS drop while game is active window

Good morning and happy turkey day, friends! While I'm waiting for food to cook, I'd like to see if I could see if I can get help with this issue.

Issue - Streaming FPS through OBS drops sub 30 (sometimes down to 10) while a game is active on screen
Desc - Specifically only when I have the game client active that I am streaming, FPS that OBS outputs will not be consistently stable. If I have OBS active, Chrome, Discord, or any other programs, the FPS remains stable while the game is running (I run games windowed mode as I only have one monitor).
What I've done - I have googled this issue and not found any answers that have fixed my problem.
  • My FPS in game is limited to 60 FPS (game runs consistently at 60 FPS).
  • I'm running few image sources and have all slide-shows to stop and de-load when they are not active (my primary window has no slideshows).
  • I have tried removing browser sources in past streams, up to completely removing all sources outside of the game itself, and the issue persists.

Highlight of my last stream with current settings - https://www.twitch.tv/videos/339320619

I've still got 2 more hours on the turkey so I'll be watchin this forum for a while, any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
