Question / Help Streaming fine and then black screen

Hi

I have just started using OBS Studio... it is great, just one little issue that I am having. When I am streaming a pre recorded video "live" on YouTube via OBS Studio it streams perfect until the last 45 seconds - 1 minute and then the screen goes black but I can still hear the audio... is there something I am doing wrong or a fix for this?

Any one can help please? I just tried streaming again and a 3.30 video only streamed for 2.30 and then crashed but audio was playing
