Question / Help Streaming CS:GO Causing Frame Jitters/Lag

Hello I am trying to stream CSGO, but when I do I get really bad in-game frame jitters and lag making it impossible to play. Besides creating a streaming pc to play, idk how to fix this issue, anyone have any ideas or tips to try?

OBS:
2000 Bitrate
1920x1080 downscaled to 1440x810, Bicubic filter
30 FPS
Using Game capture
x264 Encoder, CBR Rate Control
OBS Studio 64-bit ran as Administrator


PC Specs:
MSI gtx 1080
Intel i7-4790k 3.4GHz
16GB ram

I think before installing your GTX 1080 you had an AMD GPU:

You GPU is at its limits.


So, firstly do a clean GPY driver install erasing all trace from old drivers:

Then, try again.
If problems continue, post again a log.
