I can't understand why my streaming is always wrecking.
Don't matter what configs I use, just don't work.
Those are my system specs:
SO:
Windows 10 Home Edition 64 bits (x64)

Processor:
Intel Core i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.5GHz

RAM:
8,00 GB

GPU:
Intel Graphics HD 3000
GPU:
GeForce GT 540M
(Try to use both - one at once)

Speed Test Result (last one):
PING = 7 MS
DOWNLOAD = 14.78 Mbps (sometimes 35)
UPLOAD = 19.28 Mbps (sometimes more than 25)

Trying to stream to YouTube at 1280 x 720 p with 4.000 Mbps bit rate.
Can someone explain to me why I cannot stream (Live Stream)?

You overloaded your CPU and GPU, your computer is not best for streaming or recording try lowering the resolution see if that helps.

23:11:45.298: Output 'adv_stream': Total frames output: 4111
23:11:45.298: Output 'adv_stream': Total drawn frames: 3851 (4250 attempted)
23:11:45.299: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 399 (9.4%)
23:11:45.302: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 2478/4228 (58.6%)
