Question / Help Streaming causes Ping spikes and Dropped Frames

Ive been testing my stream lately and i've been getting a lot of ping spikes and dropped frames on stream but not in game.

What should be my bitrate while streaming with this upload speed? I've been doing 2000kbs for my bitrate but I still get ping spike even downscaling res, and lowering bitrate.

What results to TwitchTest give you for that ingest server? This logfile line indicates your internet connection is having trouble keeping up with your modest bitrate:

14:31:44.752: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 911 (22.4%)
