Question / Help Streaming but the video output is horrible. Can i get some help

My audio transmits well, I 100% don't lag in game.
Are there any settings im messing up, or under doing? My specs should be able to run a good stream.

Here are my specs: i7-5930k 6cores CPU / 8gb RAM / 2 gtx 980 ti's. sli
