Question / Help Streaming Buffering For My Viewers! Help

Hello All
I start to say sorry for my bad english, i try to do my best.
I have started to stream for few month with 0 Problem. My connection is 50mb and 10mb Upload i got an 980 Gtx I5 4690k 16 Gb Ram, so is a high end pc and a good connection.
But Recently when i stream (Usually Rainbow Six Siege) My followers start to see my game lagging....is like 10 second normal, then 2 second freeze....is like if my streaming is buffering every 10 sec! I really can't understand my problem
I stream at 2000 Kbit and 2000Kbit Buffer.... Using OBS Studio. Same problem with Normal Obs.

You can see sometimes i have tryed to lower the bitrate on 1800 but nothing changed....Please Help Me! I really dont know what to do Anymore.

You don't have any control over how data gets from Twitch to your viewers, so if you aren't using an excessive bitrate and aren't dropping frames then there isn't anything else you can do.

Because you don't have control over the internet.

It could be that Twitch is having trouble getting data to your viewers. It could be a bunch of different things... ALL OF which you have NO CONTROL over.

So quit trying to compensate and blame the wrong party (yourself, your internet connection and OBS) for an issue that has noting to do with you, your internet connection and/or OBS.

This also brings up a good time to ask: Did you try contacting Twitch and letting them know about the issue? They are the main culprit here, so don't waste your time looking in the wrong place.
