Streaming Battlefield V only shows top left of the game capture

I am trying to stream Battlefield V, but when I do it it only shows the top left section of the game capture. It actually appears to be the top left 1280x720 pixels as when I set the resolution in game to that then the stream output shows the full screen and not just the top left portion, but I have a 1440p monitor so if I use either that resolution or even 1080p then it doesn't show all of it. I have set the capture to be the right size in OBS, it fits to the screen and all of my overlay Sources are in the correct position.
