Hi, I have a problem with streaming. I use Telekom Hybrid internet (DSL + LTE) and the speed of it is very variable (because of LTE).
My upload is between 2 Mbit/s and 11 Mbit/s (depending on how much used LTE is currently).
My streaming settings:
720p 60 FPS
Bitrate: 6000
Hardware (QSV)
Often I get 0 dropped frames for about 5 minutes, than there are 20 seconds, where I get much dropped frames (because upload is around 2 Mbit/s (others are using LTE)).
My suggestion:
OBS can already change the bitrate during streaming.
It should detect much dropped frames and lower the bitrate until the upload is better again.
