Question / Help streaming audio from DAW to phone over local network?

I am attempting to, as the title would imply, stream audio from my DAW to my phone. I've managed to figure out how to make the output of the DAW to appear as a stream - and I did get this to work with Twitchtv - but I can't seem to get it to acknowledge the phone by just using the local IP address as the FMS URL.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

OBS has to stream to an RTMP server, and devices view the stream by connecting to that server. So you can't stream directly from your computer to your phone with OBS.
