STREAMING AND RECORDING

HELP ME
Hello everyone, since in the absence of a second PC I decided to stream and record with the same PC with duplicate obs including the duplicate version and portable obs I was wondering if having a 3070 and an amd rayzen 9 5900x processor I could do both things with a single PC. If I may what would be the best settings to set for streaming and recording? Thanks a lot in advance

You have asked in the wrong forum - you are more likely to get a response in the appropriate support forum (base on the Operating System you use - Windows or Linux?)

Can you stream and Record on same PC - of course... with your current workload will that work? depends on the EXACT details of that workload (background processing, game (presumably) settings, OS and OBS Studio settings, etc)... it is all a balancing act. And exact settings depend on your exact setup and expectations. And avoiding resource conflicts (certain game/video driver/video capture settings)
So - follow pinned post in support forum when asking for help/support, and provide more details on your setup, expected games and settings, etc.
