Question / Help Streaming and recording at the same time with multiple audio tracks (for the recordings)

Howzit going everyone,

Hope all is well

New to the forum, but not new to OBS, been using it since 2014 and ran into a dead end, I thought I ask here

I am having problems on trying to find a way to stream and record at the same time

Trick is, I want to record separate audio tracks, I currently am recording separate audio tracks with OBS studio but I am not streaming at the same time, I make use of the voicemeeter banana and a VBCable to record gameplay

What I have tried before is using DXtory to record gameplay and setting it as a capture device in OBS, this way I could stream and record at the same time. Problem with this method was is that the recording seems to be OK but the stream was extremely laggy, sometimes both stream and recording would be laggy, I think my CPU might be the bottleneck (PC specs below) I think also it might be the type of game I am playing

So I tried a different method, I used shadowplay/ gameshare to record and OBS studio to stream, which is cool and it was working, no FPS drops or heavy lag on recordings and on the stream, but games like Rainbow Six Siege, I need the VoIP audio, game sound and my mic in separate audio tracks, since I am running a voicemeeter and the VBcable, shadowplay/ gameshare only records the in game audio and my mic (if I switch it on) in 1 audio track, if I make my headset my default playback device, obviously it will record all audio in 1 audio track, not 3 separate audio tracks. So using the voicemeeter and VBCable for games like Titanfall 2 where I don't need the VoIP is perfectly fine, I just need the in game sound, but games like Rainbow Six Siege which communication is important, I need the 3 separate audio tracks, makes editing videos also so much easier

Now I am thinking of disabling shadowplay/ gameshare and make use of OBS studio only, so I stream and record at the same time but here is where my knowledge is limited and I need some advice

Is it possible to record separate audio tracks while streaming?
Can I setup different audio profiles for streaming and recording?
And will it be possible to record the last 10 minutes of gameplay (like shadowtime) while streaming and it will be in separate audio tracks?

My PC setup is

CPU: i7 4790K 4 cores 8 threads turbo boost at 4.4Ghz (right here, this one might be limiting me to do amazing things)
GPU: GTX980ti
PhysX GPU: GTX950
RAM: 32GB @ 1600Mhz
Recording HDD: Seagate barracuda @7200RPM 3TB
OS: Windows 10 64 bit pro
(I think that is all that is needed?)

Many thanks in advance for any advice
