Streaming a video to youtube from OBS but quality is poor and grainy

Hey folks

Im trying to stream a video to youtube from OBS on my MacBook. im so confused what to do and trying changing certain settings. Can anyone help? here is some images. The type of video file and also the details of my mac that Im streaming from. Thank you
