So recently I got 144hz monitor. I have been playing games at 144fps however when I try to stream at 60fps it is really laggy.
If I turn down my in game fps to 60 it works fine, no lag on stream.
However I don't want to sacrifice 144fps gameplay just to stream.
Is there some work around how to keep playing the game at 144fps and still somehow capture the game at 60fps without it being laggy?
