streamelements fb chat dock issue.. anyone can help??

I have this issue that when i go live.. i can see that the se chat dock was connected to my stream.. but when someone put a comment the chat dock goes black screen. I cant read the comments because once someone interacts with the chat the chat dock screen on my obs goes blank. so frustrating. tried reinstalling everything.. turn hardware acc on and of both browser and obs still not fixed. please if someone here knows. thank you!!

You're going to need to contact streamelements for help with this issue, as we do not provide support for installs of obs with their plugin installed

delete obs folder complete only install the plugins you need. but not the sE plugin !
crate a net custome broswer dock

with https://streamlabs.com/dashboard/recent-events

login in an you have what you need as dock ! but my tip forget streamlabs go to tipeee or other better firms
