I have been streaming perfectly fine until streaming high action / movement FPS on PC. I have the build to both stream and game no worries. I also have the internet to upload / download at zero issues. When streaming H1Z1 and driving in open areas where there are grass and trees, the quality just goes down the drain. 350mb down & 21mb Upload
I have tried various settings like 2500 bitrate for 720p @30 FPS ------> https://www.twitch.tv/rever3nce/v/107682371
And also 3300 Bitrate 720P @48FPS ------> https://www.twitch.tv/r3vtesting/v/107677518
even 720p 3300 bitrate @60fps ---------> https://www.twitch.tv/r3vtesting/v/107670131
I understand not being partnered and people may lag and all that, but how does this still look so bad?
