I've had this issue several times (though rarely) where my stream will go to zero upload for approximately 10 seconds, back to stable upload of 5500 kb, but when stream comes back online there is no audio to stream. Meters are picking audio up, it's just not outputting to twitch. I hard killed OBS through task manager to retain stream viewers, restarted stream through OBS and this did not fix the issue. Did a hard PC restart as well and this did not fix the issue either this time. I also have a friend who has had this issue. We are currently on the most recent OBS update.
