Stream works normally for about 10 minutes, then i got massive dropped frames(on OBS).
I set a test stream up with low quality and low bitrate to make sure its all optimalized and its still the same.

You see that after 10 mins the stream is literally unwatchable and i would have to restart it.
Also, my experience ingame doesnt change. I still have same FPS and i dont lag.
PS: Just tested watching the stream live - The VIDEO freezes, but AUDIO works normally.. which probably means there is no internet issue.
PS2: I also thought that my IPS could be throttling my connection, but thats not the case - Even though my bitrate is set to 1.5k, after the "10 mins" it drops down to like 500, but my internet speed stays the same (2.5 Mbit) - proof: http://imgur.com/a/QHmhr
What could this mean?
PS3: Also happens while streaming blank screen, also about 10 minutes in.
