Question / Help Stream video goes crazy

I've been streaming for a while now and I just upgraded to OBS studio and it seems to completely random when it does it.

looks like your internet connection took a dump.

That would cause the video to go like that? Only way to fix it is to restart OBS.

That log isn't from when you were streaming.

I will get a log next time it does it then. i had to restart the stream a couple of times.
