H1Z1 has a lot of grass to render. That's usually the cause for most of the pixelation. You're maxing out Twitch's recommended specs so I don't think there's anything you can do to make the picture better other than dropping your framerate to 30fps.

Dropping to 30fps would make the picture 'better' but still nowhere near perfect for H1Z1 because of the grass being so hard to encode and render.

It would also help your computers resources so the game doesn't lag while you're playing if you're broadcasting from the same machine you're playing on. That's my opinion so, I say give it a try and see how it works out. ;-)
