So, I built this pc about 2 months ago,and I haven't been able to stream. My upload speed is 4mbps on a good day, and 3mbps on a bad day. I just wanna stream some random games like league of legends, overwatch and fortnite. I set the output scaling to 1280x720 30 fps, even though my monitor is 1920x1080 60hz. I was wondering what settings I need to switch around to get my stream to work. Any advice is appreciated !
