Hey guys,
Not started officially streaming yet but have been setting up my graphics etc for the last few 3/4 days,
I set up my stream and tested it on twitch (streaming and watching the video back on multiple platforms)
I then upgraded to windows 10, clean install with no issues, wiped the pc clear as I had all my graphics saved onto a memory stick, Downloaded OBS, and now the stream is completely unviewable, the playback stutters to the point I'm getting less than 3 fps, when before I was getting a clean 60 on windows 7.

I've got a gtx 770,
i5-2500k over clocked to 3.9ghz
8gb ram

The gameplay when streaming is completely fluid, 75-100fps at all times with no lag even when playing music.
When I watch the video back on the twitch website it spends more time stuttering and buffering than it does playing.

I have 50mb down and between 10-12 upload, on windows 7 I was testing the stream on 3500 bitrate (even though I'm not partnered) and the stream was perfect,
Now ive dropped it to 1500 and it's still stuttering and buffering, I've downscaled to 720p, put the cpu usage up and nothing is working to fix this issue.

Any advice?
