Stream to Twitch stops after 3-5 minutes since i have Webcam. (OBS 27.2.4)

So i'm streaming to Twitch since a short while. Video's are saved automatically when i stop the stream on my Twitch. Then i decided to buy a webcam and add that in my OBS stream. Now my video's on Twitch get cut short around 3-5 minutes.
When i go back to OBS it says i'm still streaming and if i press 'Stop stream' i get the 'stopping stream' message and after a while i can press 'start stream' again.

So any idea what kind of disruption my webcam is causing?

 
So if i look at the downright corner. I see my CPU go up from 16% to 49% so i think my CPU can handle it.

But i also see my kb/s dropping a lot and the green square gets yellow or red for a couple of seconds. Could it be USB or network?
 
Check your plugins. One or more may be oudated or not compatible with latest versions of OBS (or video driver)
 
So i updated my video drivers, AMD driver(processor) and Realtek driver(network)
But still when i activate my webcam in OBS the kb/s drops from 2400 to 800 and fluctuates a lot. I also see the buffering icon on my twitch site every couple of seconds. When i deactivate the webcam the stream stabilizes again.
