Stream to standard YouTube stream key or create a new key for each stream? Using the "Manage Broadcast" button to set up?

I've done a few live streams to YT, and saw somewhere that I should create a custom stream key for each broadcast. On the prior version of OBS, I would set up the stream in YT, copy/paste the stream key into OBS and "Start Streaming".

I recently upgraded to the current version of OBS, when the "Manage Broadcast" button appeared.

Now it seems I still create the stream in YT, "disconnect/reconnect" YT in OBS to be able to paste in the new key, and now have to create a new Broadcast (which creates its own stream in YT), I have now managed to confuse myself beyond belief. I don't need all kinds of flexibility, just want to stream live with the ability to keep the stream up on YT for awhile after the broadcast.

- Should I create a unique YT stream key per broadcast or just re-use the standard key? Tradeoffs?
- Do I need to use "Manage Broadcast" at all? If so how do I avoid OBS creating a second live event in YT? ... or ...
- Should I be looking at "Manage Broadcast" as the first step to set up the YT stream through OBS? What about stream key in that scenario?

Very confused and not finding a ton of help in the manuals ...
