You need to set up an RTMP server to be able to receive the stream from OBS, and then load that on your webpage. There are many guides out there on how to do this.
Easiest way is to stream to a streaming service like twitch or youtube and use their embed player on your site. Pesronal streaming server requires A LOT of bandwidth and some knowledge how to set it up.
thanks for the help guys! are their any sites like ustream that wont cut you off for playing music in videos etc.. i used facebook but they would stop all my streams because of copyright?
