Question / Help Stream to LAN

I run a broadcasting studio in a Middle School. I would like to stream to a link on the district's web page. All teachers have smart boards and projectors in their classrooms. I would like them to access announcements from my studio by clicking a link on the district website. How do I direct the streaming to this website. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
