Stream Sutters every 5-10 Minutes on High End Machine

Hey all, I'm having an issue with my stream and was wondering if you could help.

Every couple of minutes (At least once every 10) my stream freezes for a second or two, but is otherwise absolutely fine, buttery smooth.

Here's an example of it happening: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=toIq7NZqwHc

I've tried playing with the OBS settings but can't seem to find the problem, but I have noted that this happens with both the x264 encoder, and Nvenc. I've also watched my GPU usage and it rarely gets above 70% when the stutters happen so I don't think it's that. This happens if I'm streaming, recording, or both.

My PC:
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3080
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800
MoBo: MSI MPG X570 GAMING PLUS
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32gb RAM

My OBS Settings: https://i.imgur.com/REYSbvp.png

Log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/gYa2GAIzQa2EhCOg

I was originally using Look-ahead and Psycho Visual Tuning with 4 b-frames, and turned those off for troubleshooting purposes. The stutters happen either way.

Happy to provide more info as needed, thanks in advance!

use quality instead of max quality

use 120hz instead of 144hz 120/60=2

you record and stream at the same time did you have test to use the stream encoder to record ?

Thanks for the reply! I just tried the first two suggestions and still got the stutter, but I'm not sure what you mean by the last one I'm afraid. I have tried streaming and recording separately and I get the stutter either way, with both Nvenc and x264 encoding.

when you use 2 encoders you need many system resources best is to record what you stream !

its cost much resources when you encode on nvenc + CPU + Game when you use a second stream pc its not the problem
