Stream suddenly dropping to 0 KB/s and staying there

I produce multiple live podcasts from the same location and have been having an issue as of late where the streeams KB/s is jumping around everywhere and then suddenly drops to 0 KB/s before freezing and not coming back up. I have included 3 logs of the latest instance where we had the issue repeatedly within the same night. Any help would be appreciated! THANK YOU!
