Question / Help Stream stutters

Hey Everyone, I'll attach my log to this post, just curious if anyone can see anything blatantly wrong with my setup. I have a high end computer with almost all of the top components, and I also have gigabit internet running through a hardwired Cat6 cable. For some reason my stream completely lags on both 1080p and 720p. I've tried it on both and had friends check my stream and they both said that it was like a slide show. The log i have is from my most recent stream in which it was at least watchable, but no where near good quality/the quality I feel as though I should be getting, especially comparing with other streamers with less intensive hardware. Thank you so much to anyone taking a look, I really appreciate any help or suggestions/setting issues you may find.

I also just ran a Twitch Bandwith Test, and I've tried streams on multiple servers.
At this point I'm out of ideas.

Your stuttering is coming from your video card, not your internet connection.

Turn off nvidia's in-game overlay for one.

DUDE! I just ran a test stream, with my settings a little higher (bitrate 6000, 720p @ 60FPS) After turning off that Nvidia overlay, and it completely fixed the issue!! Thanks so much for the help, I really appreciate it!
