Hello, I’m streaming at 1080p59.94 with an 8700k using medium encoder preset, high profile, and 9000 bitrate. The stream looks gorgeous, but every 6-10 second interval, the stream has a visual issue where it feels like it’s dropping frames for about a second or two, then back to normal, rinse repeat. My cpu is not being taxed (about 40-60 percent) and OBS is not reporting nay frames dropped, nor arnogns about encoder settings. What could it be? Is it an issue with the framrate being 59.94 rather than 60, or a twitch setting, like the “keyframe” value?
