Question / Help Stream stutters despite good PC and internet

I've been streaming on and off for about 2 years, and I've only recently started to have stuttering/fps issues on my stream. I feel no lag while playing, but viewers see a very choppy output.

example: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/232826012?t=1m42s

My specs are: intel i7 6700k Nvidia 980Ti (x2)

Internet speed: 100 download/10up

I have tried using both hardware and software encoder, I have tried bitrates between 1500-6000. I have tried streaming from 20-60 fps, and many more settings. If anyone knows how to fix this problem or has any ideas, please help out.

1. I have the same exact problem

2. My webcam c170 is listed but doesn't work.
if i manage it by other programs like skype, twitch, or discord its working flawless.
Unfortunately the logfile you uploaded is incomplete as it does not contain any recording/streaming attempt output...

Can you do a few minutes' worth of recording/streaming (Doing what you would normally do in-game) then stop the recording/streaming session, then upload a current logfile please so I or someone else can further assist in troubleshooting:

In your logfile I noticed you have Windows GameDVR enabled. This may be a cause of the performance issue as even when you are not using it, just having it enabled in Windows settings it will always hook into the game process and commit resources (Similar to what OBS does when OBS is open, though more aggressively as it also buffers for replay recording)

Using Monitor Capture to capture game play footage is far less efficient than using Game Capture to directly hook into the game .exe process...
Game capture grabs the frame directly from the graphics card for OBS to encode before sending it back to the graphics card for final rendering of the frame.
Monitor capture has the graphics card write the frame to system RAM (Which is really slow to write/read from) before OBS grabs it to encode, then sends it back to the graphics card to render for final output.

Can you please create a new thread for further troubleshooting, as every computer setup behaves differently, even if hardware is exactly the same. There can be a number of other variables at play which are leading to a cause of stuttering as a result of bandwidth/encoding/rendering lag.

I will do a new thread with the new log file thanks a lot.
