Question / Help Stream Stuttering when running intensive game such as Planetside 2

Don't get it, really. My computer is more than enough to handle Planetside 2 on ultra high settings. It has more than enough to CPU power to stream and play...but when screwing around with settings, Planetside 2 stutters pretty hard when in really large battles. I am not a twitch partner, so I have bumped bitrate to as low as 1,500 and - while it helps - it does not get rid of it entirely. Going lower than 1,500 and the video is just to sloppy for my tastes...I don't even like it at 1,500 when I know I can do better. I have also bumped down framerate from 60fps to 30fps, and again, while it helps, it does not remove the problem.

My internet can't be the problem. While I know speed testing sites are not 100% accurate, maybe not even 60%, but even when taking the results from a 'glass half empty' point of view, I'm sitting really pretty. Speedtest.net shows 150 mb/s down and 23 mb/s up. I know, I know...Speedtest.net isn't exactly the greatest...but I'm looking for a solution here, not a war on what testing site to use.

I have uploaded my most recent log file.

The only other thing I can think of doing is perhaps setting up my second computer with a video capture card and stream through it? Though I'm not willing to go through setting this task up, if not even that is going to work for me.

Thanks in advance.
