Stream stuttering/OBS unable to stream at 60 FPS

Hello guys, as the Titel already says i'm having an issue with Streaming at 720p 60FPS. My ingame FPS for example in Valorant are still 250-300 while my OBS cant even hold a stable 30FPS.
Maybe someone in here can help me :/
My PC:
CPU: i5 6600K
GPU: GTX 970
RAM: 16GB
Should be powerfull enough to have a nice looking stream at 720p 60FPS shouldn't it?

The log only shows you starting OBS and switching scenes, but not recording/streaming at all.
If you let Valorant run with uncapped FPS, it will run as fast at it can and therefore max out your GPU load. OBS needs some GPU performance to render the scene, so usually if OBS is already showing you, that it's not capable of holding steady 60fps for rendering the scene, you bottlenecked the GPU.

Use a frame limit in game.
