Question / Help Stream studdering sporadically in Rainbow Six Siege using OBS Studio

Hello, recently been researching a bit on setting up my stream. Currently I only stream Rainbow Six Siege, the game is CPU intensive. My current setup is this when streaming:

CPU: i7 6700K OC'd
GPU: 980 Ti OC'd
RAM: 16GB RAM 2666MHz

Currently using low/medium settings when playing the game and get above 150-200 fps usually in-game. I also get 100/100 download/upload when doing an extended speedtest. My main problem is that when streaming there is lag spikes sporadically throughout my stream. It's not to frequent but I want to eliminate it completely. I'm wondering if I might need to resort to NVENC encoding as the game I'm playing has a CPU bug which makes the game always have 100% cpu usage. I'm always using Game Capture whilst using OBS. Tried changing anti-cheat compatibility hook on and off to see if it would help but it didn't.

I attached a log file of my OBS as well here: https://pastebin.com/MJrEt93t

  1. 18:12:26.841: Output 'adv_stream': Total frames output: 3940
  2. 18:12:26.841: Output 'adv_stream': Total drawn frames: 4027 (4029 attempted)
  3. 18:12:26.841: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 2 (0.0%)
  4. 18:12:26.842: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 385/3978 (9.7%)
My OBS setup is this at the moment:

Encoder: x264
Rescale output: 1280x720
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 6000
Keyframe Interval: 2
CPU Usage: veryfast
Profile: main
Downscale FIlter: Lanczos
FPS: 60fps
