Stream stops within an hour or stops randomly at times.

I truly don't know what's going on with my stream setup but I'm attaching the logs to see if anyone can help me please.

You're the one stopping the stream using a hotkey. Simple change the hotkey to something else, preferible a combination of keys, so it can't be triggered by mistake.
Example, if you use wasd for movement, you can set Ctrl+F8 to start and stop the stream. Normally you'll never going to use this combination for anything else so it's safe.
