So, I've been trying to stream and it always comes out pretty fuzzy/blurry.
my net upload is 40mbps peak time and I have literally tried every video and every forum to see what was wrong but i still am not able to get that good quality stream

So my current settings are:
output:
- encoder = nvid new
- CBR 6500
- key = 2
- preset = quality
- prof = high
- b frames = 2
Video:
- base = 2560 1440
- scaled = 2048 1152
- filter - lanczos
- fps = 60
advanced:
- process priority = normal
Please help I am just really curious as to why this is the case.
