Question / Help Stream starts to stutter after long sessions & memory leak?

Hey there,

I stream on an almost daily basis for around 4-7 hours. The longer the stream goes, the more I see that it starts to stutter in the live preview and also on the actual stream. My ingame FPS are totally fine and always above 60/100 depending on the game. OBS itself also shows me no dropped frames at all. My CPU never even reaches anything close to 70%, temperatures of CPU/GPU are more than fine.
This bothers me a lot, because it almost becomes unwatchable at some point.

And then there is issue number 2. Every logfile of mine shows me a decent amount of "Number of Memory Leaks". Yesterday's 7 hour stream had 65. A session where I played with my settings had over 100.

Here is a logfile of a 10min local test recording I just did.

And here is the logfile of my 7h stream from last night. It might look a bit confusing. I got a new mic and had to change some settings on the fly and switch stuff around.

My setup/settings:
i7 6700K
GTX 1070
16GB DDR4
Win10
-
OBS Studio 19.0.2 64bit
1080p/30fps
4000 Bitrate
NVENC
Audio Bitrate 160
TipeeeStream Overlays (if that is important for some reason)

So I just did a second recording with x264 instead of NVENC and had no memory leaks in my logfile. Maybe that's why, but I'd prefer to use NVENC. I just do a third try. Maybe it was nothing but luck.

Edit1: Nvm, I forgot that I had to close OBS to get the final log. 10mins = 9 memory leaks on both NVENC and x264

Edit2: Okay... so just starting OBS and closing it 10 seconds later creates 9 memory leaks. As I don't know if this is much of a big deal, I'll wait for some replies now before I do anything further.
