Question / Help Stream Starts Lagging After 15 Mininutes

So I recently started streaming again and when I tried to stream Battlegrounds today it did fine at first then after a while started to get choppy and lag on stream. The gameplay was still fine with no lag just on stream. Anyone have any advice.

PC Settings:

GPU GTX760
CPU i7 4770k
RAM 16gb HyperX

Internet Speeds:

Ping 22
Download 210 mbps
Upload 12 mbps

i get the same issue 10-20min into streaming or recording and i get a hiccup where my preview and then my output file is laggy/choppy and eventually it will go back to being smooth. No idea what causes this, im running a 2pc set up Gaming on a i7 4790k and streaming with an OC FX 8320 4.7ghz. Does not matter what presets still get the same issue. Cpu usage at fast preset is at like 50-60% max. Messed around with pretty much everything and still have no answer as to why this happens, tried on windows 7 and windows 10 same problem. Been at this for like a week now, getting tired of trying to fix this does anyone have any idea as to why this might happen?

I feel like there is a good amount of people posting about this lag issue.
