Stream starting and restarting please help

So been using OBS for over a decade and also restream for many many years. Last night and tonight I am experiencing an issue that is forcing my stream to lose a few frames nothing drastic as I am not lagging or anything whatsoever on my PC but I lose a few frames hitting 0 KBPS and my stream then decides to try and restart itself. Now I have it setup to restart incase dropped connection that isn't the issue the issue is why does it lose its connection in the first place? Have no clue how to read these logs I see errors but no idea what is the cause.

Thank you, yeah shares I have dropped frames and why is that idk as it doesn't help with that.

My internet connection and ISP and perfectly fine for some reason it loses its connection which is when it drops frames.

So logically I would assume restream is my issue unless someone else can find something else in my logs for me please?

Last update before I go to sleep. Tried changing restream servers I attempted Dallas as I normally use Auto Detect which puts me to closest being San jose had no issues with Dallas then tried San Jose had no issues. So it isnt solved but I did find out Auto detect has a problem for some reason.
