Question / Help Stream skips every couple of seconds?

I'll be streaming like H1Z1: KoTK or CSGO and i'll look at my stream on my phone and it'll be skipping around everyone 2-4 seconds.. Help please D:

Including several logs just incase, i don't know exactly which ones contain the problem.
