Question / Help Stream skipping frames and lagging

I use to stream for a while and this never happened, I have now started streaming with everything the exact same except im using obs multiplatform is there any reason for this? thanks

Your configuration is set to 1080p output at 60fps. Both your webcam and capture card are set to 720p at 30 and 60fps though. I would definitely recommend to change your base resolution to 720p in this case.

Recording/Streaming at 1080p is also very stressing on the cpu which could lead to the skipped frames you encountered.

Yes I noticed even recording at 1080p/30fps causes lag and frames skipping. 720p is smooth. Is OBS MP that CPU intensive or is my computer too slow for 1080p?

What kind of computer can recording at 1080p/30fps?
