Question / Help Stream Settings?

So here are my pc stats, and id like to know what livestream settings i should use for youtube.
Processor AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor
Installed Memory RAM: 8.00GB
System Type 64bit x64bit based processor.

With x264 encoder
Rate control: CBR
Bitrate: 2500 (always below 80% your upload maximunm speed)
Keyfame Int 2
CPU preset Veryfast (lag? --> Superfast / Lag? ---> Ultrafast,but image quality will be bad.
Profile Main

Stream at 720p30

So, in video settings, downscale your base monitor resolution (canvas) to 1280x720 bicubic filter or Lanczos.
Do not check rescale in Output settiings..

I think im good to go actually, im using my hardware to stream in 50fps and it seems to run almost perfectly.
