Hey, i'm trying to set up a stream and I cannot seem to get the correct settings for it. Any ideas?

Specs:
Intel i7 Processor 950 @ 3.07 GHz 3.06 GHz
12 GB RAM
64-bit operating system = Windows 10
GTX 970 Video Card
