Hello, and thanks for taking the time to look at this to try and help out! i am new to PC gaming and got a laptop that i thought sounded pretty strong to game on, and it has been fine when its coming to gaming but now that i am trying to get into streaming its becoming an issue. I have old console friends that want to see my pc gameplay, and in addition i am wanting to get into Tarkov with friends and they say being able to stream is a must to ensure no teamkills. while just sitting at my desktop it is fine, streaming things like among us and slither io when just talking to them is fine but any time i try to stream to twitch and discord it gets unplayable and my friends cant understand me in discord. looking in OBS when this is happening my bitrate is dropping to an absolute 0. Im hoping that its not a hardware issue because i believe im at the extent of what i can upgrade (stock came with 8gm of ram, upgraded to 32).
