Stream+Recording start automatically

Hi,

Using macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra and obs 25.0.8.
When I did some testing today I experienced that
a) obs started streaming and recording automatically when I started it up initially
b) when I stopped streaming and recording, streaming and recording suddenly started again automatically

I stopped streaming and recording several times.
I even checked the option for confirmation dialog when starting streaming in settings.
But it kept restarting streaming automatically.

What could be the reason?
