Question / Help Stream & Record audio / video issues

I've been using OBS to Livestream to facebook for about a year. So far it's pretty good. I decided to record at the same time in case there were any issues (the internet here is slow and unreliable). On the video, the audio was cutting in and out and then the video was basically frozen the whole time. I checked the .mkv file, and it's also frozen. I's it because I'm recording at the same time? I changed the output settings a couple of times throughout the video to try and resolve it...without success!

I don't know how to pinpoint the problem; I'm using the Blackmaging UltraStudio Mini recorder, an external video camera and Yamaha AG06 audio interface with Rodelink wireless mic and my internet is slow too.

The log is attached

Help is SO appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

Your CPU is not strong enough to compress at the settings you have selected:

11:18:12.605: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 127987/128181 (99.8%)

You're also getting a bit of rendering lag, which means your GPU is overloaded. Not much, but it means there's no room for error; when what's on screen gets complicated or busy, you'll drop frames.

11:18:12.592: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 461 (0.4%)

My guess is that yes, your computer cannot simultaneously stream and record.
