Stream quality worse after upgrading CPU

Hello,

I'm kind of stumped. I recently upgraded my computer from these specs
I5-3570k OC'd 4.2ghz
1080TI SC
Asus Pro MOBO
DDR3 RAM 1600mhz
Hyper 212 Cooler

to this

I7 8700K OC'd 4.8 mhz
1080TI SC
MSI MPG Z390M MOBO
DDR4 Corsair Vengeance RGB 2600MHZ
Corsair h100i Pro AIO

Internet speed - 51 download 12 upload


After the upgrade my stream quality absolutely tanked. Here are my settings as well as before and after video.

Before upgrade https://clips.twitch.tv/CooperativeIgnorantDragonGrammarKing-sINDqxS_1lRxW4VU much sharper image less blur when moving

After Upgrade https://clips.twitch.tv/OpenFunAyeayeDoggo--oLghNNF-izIWVqk obviously more blurry..not as sharp



If anyone can help me figure out how to get my stream quality back to where I had it I would really appreciate it.

A log would be helpful. Are you running higher frame rates in game?

Yes probably double the frame rate now. Sorry how would I produce a log for you?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
