Question / Help Stream Quality Issues

Hi guys, I've been trying to stream Overwatch for a while now however the stream quality looks kinda off. I've messed around with lots of settings and watched a lot of Youtube videos on the matter but unfortunately I can't find a solution. Compared to Summit1g's stream mine looks slightly off and I was wondering what the best way was to get it looking a lot crisper like his.

Here are my computer specs -

- intel i7 core 6700

- Nvidia Geforce GTX 980

- 16gb Hyper X RAM

Turn down to 1280x720 30fps

I turned down the resoloution to 720p and the fps to 30 however there is only minimal improvements. Is there anything else i could do to make the picture look crisper?

Nope.

You are yet rescaling in Video settings
Leave rescaling unchecked in Output settings

Update OBS
